Home inspections and commercial property inspections are the most important thing you can do when purchasing real estate. Total Care Home Inspections will give you the highest quality home inspections and commercial property inspections with certified home inspectors and certified commercial property inspectors in the Cleveland, Ohio inspection industry.
A home inspection or a commercial property inspection is a visual inspection of the entire property to find defects that may need to be repaired and items that can effect the safety of the home or commercial building before and after your purchase. A home inspection or a commercial inspection should be part of purchasing or yearly maintenance program for any home or commercial property in Cleveland, Ohio or Northeast Ohio due to the season changes and to make sure the property has been well maintained.
Total Care Home Inspections have certified home inspectors and commercial property inspectors that can find many hidden items that are defective that may not be visible to you. If the home inspectors or commercial inspectors find any defects during the home inspection the inspector will include a description of every item in the written report and will recommend further evaluation. At this point you will need to decide if repairs are needed now and who will correct any issues and who will pay for them before closing.
Total Care Home Inspections recommends that you be present at the home or commercial inspection so that our home inspector or commercial inspector can explain in detail every discrepancy and answer any questions you may have about the home or building. Home inspections take between 2 to 3 hours and we stay until you know every defective item in the home and answer every question you may have. Our inspectors can give you suggestions on how to repair the property and give you suggestions for what type of contractor that is needed for any repairs. We email our written and picture reports the Same Day to help you close the deal and get you into your new home.
