The rates listed reflect a full professional home inspection including all attached structures, and detached garage. Any additional structures or detached buildings may be inspected at an additional cost. We are certified, insured and performed over 4000 inspections. We help you to protect your investment.
Inspection Reports are e-mailed the same day the client. Digital photo CD Disk is provided at no additional cost upon request.
Payment is required the day of the inspection day of the inspection. Total Care Home Inspections accepts cash, money orders, personal checks or certified checks. Liability contracts, mold notification forms, mold sampling agreements, or any other professional contracts must be signed and dated, IN FULL, day of appointment. If our inspectors are not able to do a complete inspection, it will be noted in the report.
Total Care Home Inspections no longer offers testing for mold, lead and asbestos.
